Tilda is having its 25th anniversary and to mark this special occasion we have created a Jubilee collection of fabrics using designs from times past in celebration birthday colours. This Birthday Quilt is perfect to celebrate a special birthday for a loved one in your life. It features lovely appliqué motifs arranged into a central vase of flowers, with corner frames of floral motifs. The method used is turned edge appliqué, with the motifs sewn to a patchwork background. To make the quilt truly unique, the design can be customised to include the name and date of the recipient’s birthday.
Please note that to complete the quilt you will also need 4½yds (4.2m) – Circus Life Jubilee cream (100547) fabric for the backing plus 2 metres of 90'' wide wadding (72'' x 90'' / 183cm x 229cm)
