Hemline Non-Roll Ribbed Elastic - 12mm - White

Woven with special vertical ribbing to provide extra strong resistance to rolling and twisting. Useful when a very sturdy and durable elastic is required. Very good for waistbands in heavy weight fabrics and similar applications.
